Our Referral Program is our way of expressing heartfelt gratitude to clients who introduce Ikigai to others.
Each introduction helps our artistry reach new moments of celebration — and we’re honored to say thank you in return.
How It Works
Here’s how we honor those who share Ikigai with others.
You Share Ikigai — Once your own floral service has been completed and paid in full, you’re invited to introduce a friend, loved one, or business who might appreciate Ikigai’s artistry.
They Experience Ikigai — When your referral books and fulfills their floral service or event, we’ll note your introduction with gratitude.

Our Gesture of Thanks — After their event or installation is complete, you’ll receive a thoughtful token of appreciation — typically complimentary delivery on your next Ikigai booking — our way of saying thank you for helping Ikigai flourish.
Eligibility
Our program is reserved for those who’ve experienced Ikigai firsthand and wish to share that beauty with others.
The Ikigai Floral Design Referral Program is open exclusively to clients who have booked and completed a floral service with Ikigai.
A referral becomes eligible once the referred client books, completes, and pays in full for their floral service or event.
Each qualifying referral receives one gesture of gratitude; there is no limit to how many introductions a client may share.

The same individual cannot be referred more than once, and referred clients must be new to Ikigai Floral Design.

Gestures of gratitude may vary by service type and hold no cash value.
​
Rewards are redeemable toward future bookings only and must be used within 12 months of issue.
​
Participation implies consent for Ikigai to contact both the referrer and referred client solely for coordination and confirmation.

Rewards are issued only after the referred client’s floral service or event has been completed and payment fulfilled.

Complimentary delivery rewards apply within Ikigai’s standard delivery areas (Pasadena and surrounding regions). Additional travel fees may apply for extended destinations.

The Referral Program operates separately from any seasonal promotions or collaborations.

Ikigai Floral Design reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time.
